Chapter 4 2nd half

"Now Kronos I wish to see how much of a natural you are at this," Phobos said with almost a mocking tone.
"Alright what do I do? I mean obviously I have to talk to my conscious but, how do I exactly do that?"
"Simple, just kind of meditate or you could even say zone out. Then start talking as if someone else is there. If you have a friendly magic you might just get a reply back. Don't get your hopes up though. Magic's rarely actually talk you will see." With that said I, Kronos, sat down and tried to drain all my surroundings. Really though it was all pretty easy besides the hearing part. I hear so much and to completely try and mute that out took a lot of self control. It eventually came though. I felt a lot like I was floating. Alright here it goes, I thought.
"Hello???"
"Hi." said a voice that sounded a whole heck of a lot like mine. I almost lost my concentration after hearing that. I heard a voice clear and firm in my head. Maybe I'm going crazy because didnt Phobos say that they hardly talk back? "Well if you mean me by they, then precisely most of us avoid conversation. Yet you will find me alot like yourself. Entirely different then any other person." Said my magic in such a happy voice it could almost be considered giddy.
"You can hear my thoughts???" I questioned.
"Well techinically when your doing this right now your really thinking everything your saying. If that makes any sense?? Oh well does it matter. Sorry if your annoyed with me already but sense you've done this. Your mind is now open to me. I fear you are going to be hearing A LOT more from me. So better get use to hearing this voice."
"So I can wake up from this trance now?"
"YEP!"
I opened my eyes. Amazed to see that the world hadn't gone as bizzare as my mind had. Phobos saw the confused look on my face and got a smug smile.
"So, did you happen to hear your voice?" Everything about his tone thought he already knew the answer.
"Ya...." I said in a plain yet confused tone.
"WHAT!?! Do not lie to me Kronos!"
"I'm not lieing. In fact let me see if I can get a name from it."
Hey what's your name? I thought. "Oh, it's Magus Peayn. At your service master!" Oh so your calling me master now? "Nah, just something that popped into my head."
"Well do you have an answer for me Kronos???"
"Yes, sorry. Just so happens that Magus is very distracting. He keeps drawing away my mind on odd irrevalent subjects." Dang it my use off strange words was sure sign that I was deeply confused. Phobos probably thought I was crazy...
"That is unbelivable, your magic actually gave you it's NAME!?! Try and get it to do something impossible. Just to see if it'll do it!" Phobos had an excited tone like a little child at Christmas.
"Well do, sir." I replied it what I thought was a cool voice. Man I will I be glad when this training is over. "Oh really Kronos? and tell your little sensei or what ever that he can stop bugging you because I don't plan to do anything just because he wants." Oh comeon I already have him so amazed look at his face. This is more fun than I've had in forever. "Nope, no can do." There was something about the tone of Magus's voice that made me give up immediatly. "Well Phobos, Magus doesn't seem up to it today sorry about that," I said in a hesitant voice. I didn't know what he would think of this.
"Well than seems like maybe your lieing either way though I would say this concludes pretty much your first and only lesson on magic, dismissed."
